Every BATTLEBEAST piece is made to order just for you. Please allow 1–3 business days for production plus 5–15 business days for delivery.

Where we ship

We currently ship to Canada and the United States.

Production and delivery times

• Production: 1 to 3 business days after your order is placed.
• Shipping: about 5 to 15 business days after production, depending on your location and the shipping method you choose.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Busy periods, weather, customs, and carrier delays can add time. Multi-item orders may ship in more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.

Shipping rates are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

We email tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking to show movement.

Duties and taxes

Depending on where your order is produced and shipped from, import duties, customs fees, or taxes may be charged by the carrier or customs authority at delivery. Where applicable, these are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address that you provided. Some carriers cannot deliver to PO boxes.
